Clearing all type of documents from the Customs.
To arrange for Containers from Shipping line/ arrange transportation for Airline.
On receipt of written requisition of customer, we can arrange for transportation, moving out empty containers to the factory for stuffing of cargo/ arrange for transportation, moving out cargo if Air Freight.
Handling the cargo in sea port/ airport looks after it until stuffing and keeps in touch with exporter
Advising the principal on the vessel/flight planned with ETA & ETD and cut off time of the vessel/flight.
Keeping the principal informed about the Shipping movement and keep touch with Shipping lines/Airline.
Preparation of dummy BL/AWB for approval from the principal, after receiving approval, prepares and releases the original BL/AWB (after the sailing of vessel/flight and receipt of freight cheque from the principal.
As per the principal request we also do any other documentation or customs formalities
